Propspeed an Essential for This Piece of San Francisco History

Argo, built in 1949, receives a fresh coat of Propspeed to save money, fuel, and improve speed.

Argo, a combination crab/salmon/cod fishing boat, was built in 1949 in Fort Bragg, California. The boat features a pre-war (WWII!) 371 Detroit diesel engine with a 32/29P 3 blade prop.

The crew will spend anywhere from 6 to 8 months of the year on Argo, so are always looking for ways to improve Argo’s fuel efficiency and speed, making trips more enjoyable and helping the crew get home to their families as quickly as possible.
